Launching, Trailer Parking & Recovery
Dunstaffnage Marina, Nr Oban
Dunstaffnage Marina team will be on hand to assist. We have negotiated a special rate for Rib Rendezvous participants including launch, trailer parking and pontoon berthing. This rate will be published shortly.
Dunstaffnage Marina is perfecty located for most arriving boats. It is just on the outskirts of Oban, on the A85 - the main road in to town.
Oban can be very busy, particularly at weekends making Dunstaffnage perfect for those wanting to avoid traffic and trailer drama.

Ardoran Marine
Ardoran Marine is situated approx. 3 miles south of Oban. There are excellent launching and trailer parking facilities. We have also negotiated an all inclusive launch and park rate of £30 for 3 days/nights or £40 for a full week. Loch Feochan is accessible via a navigable channel - please note the navigation marks must be obeyed.
Turn up on the day, go to the office and they will sort you out from there.
Fuel
Fuel is available at The Halfway House, BP petrol station half way between Dunstaffnage and Oban. It’s open 24/7 and has plenty of space for boats on trailers and even parking for cars and trailers if you are stopping for any other supplies.
Easdale
There is an option for those with boats under 6.5m to launch at Easdale. A 4x4 is recommended. Campervans are welcome as always, unserviced campervan pitches are available - payment to be made at the Seafari office. Booking advised - 01852 300 003.
Car and trailer parking
There is a large public car park at the rear of the village (200m from the harbour).
Overnight mooring
Berthing in Easdale Harbour is available for £10 per night.
Petrol & Diesel
There is alongside diesel at Dunstaffnage, North of Easdale. It goes without saying, everyone needs to ensure they have enough fuel for the event. There is petrol available in Oban at supermarket prices.
