RIB Rendezvous is a voluntary cruising-in-company muster of independent private skippers.

It is not a managed or controlled marine event.

Sponsors support the wider boating community aspects of Rib Rendezvous and the social elements surrounding the muster.

They do not organise, direct, supervise or control vessel movements, navigation decisions or on-water conduct.

Participation in RIB Rendezvous takes place entirely at the judgement and risk of each individual skipper.

Each skipper remains solely responsible for the seaworthiness, safe operation and navigation of their own vessel, and for the safety of their crew at all times.

The presence of sponsor vessels, branding, hospitality or event support does not create operational authority or responsibility for participating boats.

Nothing communicated by RIB Rendezvous organisers or sponsors should be interpreted as navigational instruction or assumption of duty of care.
